The term ‘expectation’ has a couple of meanings in poker. It can refer to the average gain you can expect to make from a certain play. Or the amount you expect to make during a specific time at the table.

An ‘extra blind’ is one that is put in by a player who has just entered the game, returned to it, or is changing their position at the table.
